What is Osteopathy...

Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on form of manual therapy that focuses on restoring balance and function within the body. It is based on the principle that the body’s structure and function are closely connected, and that optimal movement supports overall health and well-being. Osteopathic practitioners assess how your muscles, joints, nerves, and connective tissues work together, then use targeted techniques to reduce tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

How it can help...

Osteopathic treatment is tailored to each individual and can help with a wide range of concerns, including back and neck pain, joint discomfort, headaches, postural strain, and sports or work-related injuries. Treatments are non-invasive and may include soft tissue work, joint mobilization, stretching, and gentle manipulation.

At Novelia Wellness, our practitioners are dedicated to providing evidence-based, personalized care—helping you move better, feel better, and return to the activities you enjoy.
