Che Sharp
Resident Physiotherapist
Che brings over 30 years of experience as a physiotherapist and is also a certified Pilates instructor. She takes a personalized, movement-focused approach to care, with a strong emphasis on core strengthening, rehabilitation, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Che has extensive experience treating both neurological and orthopedic conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, post-joint replacement rehabilitation, balance disorders, and mobility limitations. Her goal is to help clients improve strength, stability, and confidence in their movement so they can return to daily activities with greater ease.
Outside of the clinic, Che enjoys spending time with her son in New York and walking her dogs along the waterfront.
