Novelia Wellness is a psychotherapy-led multidisciplinary wellness clinic opening in Barrie, dedicated to supporting both mental health and physical wellbeing through an integrated mind-body approach.

We are building a professional hub where independent practitioners across complementary disciplines can grow their practices within a premium clinical setting, supported by modern infrastructure, shared resources, and exceptional business support.

Our model allows licensed professionals to practice independently while benefiting from a professionally managed clinic ecosystem — without revenue splits or traditional room rental limitations.

Who We Are Looking For

We are currently welcoming applications from:

• Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs)

Applicants must:

• Be in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
• Carry their own professional liability insurance
• Operate as independent practitioners
• Be motivated to grow and sustain a private practice
• Value collaboration and professional alignment

The Opportunity

This is an independent contractor opportunity ideal for practitioners who want to:
